'The Empress Colleciton' dazzles India's fashion elite as Tara Sofia is exclusively selected to provide fragrances to set an unforgetable atmosphere.
The ground-breaking event was the first time India’s most celebrated A-list fashion houses were featured together in the UK under one roof. A discerning edit of India’s fashion elite personally presented their latest bridal and occasion wear to over 1,000 visitors who were visibly overawed by the dazzling atmosphere and beautiful garments on offer.
With outfits priced between £2,000 - £8,000, fabulous event planners Zouch & Lamare produced the show to a fittingly opulent and lavish standard with meticulous attention to the finest of details, including of course the fragrance!
The event was covered by a variety of press, wedding & fashion bloggers – notably BBC and Asiana magazine who were eager to interview members of Indian fashion royalty such as Sabyasachi, Tarun Tahiliani, Sonali Gupta and Manish Malhotra.
In addition to designers, further VIP’s in attendance included Kanika Kapoor, Pratham UK Brand Ambassador and singer; Tamara Al Gabbani, Jaipur Gems Brand Am- bassador, UAE; and Paul Sagoo, Founder, Asian Awards.
The ‘Empress Collection’ candles contain the greatest fragrance allowance to create maximum scent throw – ideal for an occasion that required a supreme impact. Our perfectly selected scents enhanced inimitable floral displays by Zita Elze, creating a multi-sensory fashion wonderland to excite a high-end clientele, who were no strangers to the lux market.
The elegantly blended fragrances, designed with a subtle ethnic twist to offer something brand new to the home fragrance market were met with an overwhelmingly positive reaction from designers, visitors and press alike. With constant enquiries about the range from brides-to-be throughout the day, all visitors recognised the huge effect the scents had on transforming the atmosphere and were keen to replicate this in their nuptials.
The visually arresting presentation of the range also received much praise (and pho- tography!) Visitors were notably impressed with the luxury, design-led nature of the packaging that sets the range apart from other contemporary brands.
